Today was something special here in Sydney.
The reception by the public was unprecedented. Just as was an ordinate amount of US accented scientologists(and local scientologists)that seemed to come out of nowhere. As was later mentioned by Mate, there's a decent change OT Ambassadors may be here for next weekend
Even an OT VIII from the US (claimed to be on a holiday, even though the Dianetics event is on here next weekend) took the time to come along to Town Hall and engage the nony's. Of course, there were also some scilons that didnt event have the guts to admit they were scientologists. I had one accented woman try convince me she wasnt a scientologist. But her TR's and application of the comm course just couldnt be hidden.
One thing that spooked me a little about this lady was, she had this awful mole with stubble in it. I know I shouldnt be so critical about it, but her hairy mole made me want to suggest she go to a pet store to have her mole gnawed off by a rat (just like John Candy said in Uncle Buck)
I have never known so many US scientologists to be in Sydney at the same time, ever.
The majority of the scientologists that came out today were obviously long-termers.
The cult yet again had a huge truck parked out front the Grade V, with its council approved permit to illegally park. Funny thing is though, a council ranger immediately came along and wrote a parking infringement notice.
I suppose someone had contacted Council about how scientology had fraudulently, previously obtained a permit to obstruct the front of the building.
Nony's bought caek, and there was even a lady with a bag of cookies that I kept chasing around so I could scoff the yumminess of such treats.
We all marched around some city streets and the public were more supportive and interested than on the previous pickets of Feb, March and April.
CSA even had a scilon walking the streets handing out free stress test invites to raw meat. The Nony's had a filed day with Tim the scientologist. Tim was quite happy as he thought we were all going to follow him and not return to the Grade V for a final appearence.
Tim the scientologist even went to great lengths to try black PR our very own Andreas, with the CO$ party line of Andreas being a nazi.
The Sydney pickets are getting better and better. So many people applauded what the Nony's we about and what they were doing.
I hope you all have the same fun we had here today.
Our own Mate was here today and it was a pleasure to not only meet him, but to see him talking with a 40 yr scientologist.
Anonymous is still winning the fight against the cult.
The Syd pic Ms Glib posted is actually at the very end of the picket just before we all broke off to again blend into the background.

I won't be trawling for worldwide copypasta to post here.
If anyone who didn't go to the pickets wants to fly the flag for their town/area on Clambake then please do. It would really help spread the load. I don't have time today to cover the entire world.
You can get source from the enturbulation.org protest section, search the photo/video sites like flickr.com, youtube, vimeo etc.
Also check the Picket Reports thread here for any Clambaker's firsthand accounts.

You missed the funniest bit. After the crowd dispersed the police went over to talk to the security guards and someone from inside. I overheard the cop say "If you haven't got that truck moved in the time it takes me to walk from here to the front of the truck I'll _________(sorry I didn't hear that bit). The guy had the truck moved in about 20 seconds flat! I don't think we'll be seeing him again next time.

It appears that the talk of the police possibly asking for "Scientology is a Cult" signs/banners to be taken down turned out to be a reality.
To say I am absofuckinglutely raging about this would be an understatement (I'll capslock about that later).

More and more we are getting some kind of delayed reaction from the Police here in the UK. It sounds like some power from above, NATIONALLY, has initiated some sort of police powertripping policy over these peaceful protests. I'm going to wait until all the evidence is in over the next few days and we are going to have to get this cleared up.

Flyers handed out: No exact number as yet, but at least 2500. (including 1000 youfoundthecards)
It only took the $cilons about 5 mins to ring the police. They where very nice, and jst mentioned the area was a bit crowded (the socalists had a table out) and told us we MIGHT like to move away a bit. they made it clear they weren't telling us to move, jst suggesting it. We comlied (aways gd to keep the police sweet) After the left we devided into two flyer/picket sign teams and owned the entire area. We kept catching a certain grumpy lookin scilon filming us out the window. We offered him caek, but he didnt want any (odd that).
jst before midday, Bride of Frankenstien arrived, not to protest (had small children) but to deliver to us to epicly awsome CULT WATCH signs, which provided much lulz. Thanx to u and ur kids, BoF
About 1pm, juan10100 arrived, making our numbers 12. He made a sign saying:
22 innocents tortured and murdered by scientology
but before he even finished it, the police arrived. Apparently a "member of the public" had rung them, saying the sign was offensive. After a potracted discussion with sed police, he agreed to bin the sign and make another one, which he did.
We moved back into our normal area once the socialists had gone. With 12 people we pretty much filled the area with flyers and signs. We still kept looking up and seeing grumpy scilon filming us from the window. We also had some musak, so we well and truely Rickrolled him weneva we saw him, which was funny. Odd thing was he came out the org w/out a camera, and just stood silently by the door. we offered him caek, and to pose for a group photo for him, but he jst ignored us. Eventually he jst went back inside, and resumed filming us from the top window.
After much more chanting, rickrolling, flyering and winning, some who we recognised from the Telly came over to talk: Britanons, if u've seen the show Balls of Steel, then THE BIG GAY FOLLOWING came over to talk. Turns out he's very anti-scientology. After a quick chat with us, he went over the the front door of the org and rung the intercomm. He then said in his campest voice "Are you comming down, darling." they refused, so he took out a marker pen and wrote (i kid you not)
TWATS
on the plaque nr the door. Much lulz followed this. However, after this we had to scapper sharpish, as the scilons rung the police, blaming the graffitti on us, and we STUPIDLY didnt have any photos of him writing it.
However, one more surprise was waiting for us. Jst before we left, mr Grumpy Scilon came out, and actually chatted to us! It turns out he was a bit slow and dim, and after 30yrs (yes, 30 YEARS) in scientology he wasnt even clear! lol.
After that retiered en mass to burger king and ate stupidly large amounts of burgers and chips!
All in all, a true win for anonymous, and a further downstat for scientology!

We brits are going have to go right to the Top of the Cops and local Members of Parliament and find out WHY protesters are being told what wording they can or cannot have on their signs. This is fucking NOT ON.
By the cops own argument, I would say, "excuse me officer but I find everything in the scientology shop window includng the perspex sign above to be totally offensive and I'd like you to tell them to remove it".
