We have never had any signs of Scientologists in the New Orleans area until after Hurricane Katrina. Now they have their own building and they are out on the streets recruiting. Here's an attachment of some "tickets" the are leaving in coffee shops. Someone told me they were going after the young crowd. That doesn't seem too likely since there's not very much money in New Orleans, especially among the young people.

They used to hand out a similar free movie ticket in Vancouver, too, a few years ago, but stopped. Most people, that I saw, walked out laughing.
