Scientology Slanders Islam

Post by J. Swift » Fri Jun 05, 2009 7:30 am

Hubbard on Arabs:
"He's [the Arab] been going crazy steadily and gradually ever since he lost the early very fertile basins of the Middle East. He's been going crazy ever since he failed to learn wheat farming and brought about the erosion of all of the fertile areas of the Middle East."

"This race has been going for a very, very long time and has been eating
death for a very long time and it is death."

"The Arab is to a point where he won't even follow a decent leader. He's
got to have a man of blood, a man of cruelty, exaggeration and bigotry.
Then he'll follow him."

"...the Arab is trying to be pleased with death and murder and mayhem
and disease and poverty and political unrest."

--L. Ron Hubbard, 20th Advanced Clinical Course, "Case Analysis—Rock
Hunting", lecture of 4 August 1958
*****
Even as US President Obama, America's first Black President, is in the Middle East working to improve America's deeply troubled relations with the Islamic world, the Cult of Scientology continues to embrace L. Ron Hubbard's anti-Islamic, racist views.

President Obama officially admitted to American involvement the 1953 coup that overthrew Iranian Prime Minister Mossadegh and destroyed Iran's nascent democracy. These are steps that need to be taken towards peace and away from enmity. The West needs to better understand Islam in its pure form and not the form that Islamic radicals have presented.

Despite President Obama's attempts at progress towards an understanding in the Middle East, Scientology has never formally acknowledged, or apologized for, L. Ron Hubbard's racism or his anti-Islamic hate speech. The world needs to know that L. Ron Hubbard was a racist and was anti-Islamic. Further, just as Scientology has failed to purge Hubbard's infamous Manifesto calling for a Scientology Genocide/Quarantine contained in his book Science of Survival, so too has Scientology failed to purge, or apologize for, Mr. Hubbard's slander of Islam.

*****
In Whats Wrong with this Universe: A Working Package for the Auditor, (L. Ron Hubbard, 9 Dec 1952), Hubbard denigrated the Prophet Mohammad by claiming that Mohammad fabricated Islam as way to make money because trade was not good in his city. Hubbard additionally claimed that the sacred Black Stone in Mecca is part of an alien implant that Hubbard called "The Emenator." This following section is what Scientology believes about Islam; you can hear the soundbite of Hubbard insulting Islam and slandering Mohammad at: http://www.ami.com.au/~bradw/cos/Sounds/casbah.wav
It's [the Black Stone] an enormous stone hanging suspended in the middle of a room, this is an incident called the Emanator by the way, and this thing is by the way the source of the Mohammedan Lodestone that they have hanging down there, that, eh, when Mohammed decided to be a good small-town booster in eh Kansas, Middle-East, or something of the sort.

By the way, the only reason he [Mohammad] mocked that thing up [Islam], is the trade wasn't good in his hometown. That's right. You read the life of Mohammed. And he's got a black one and it sort of hung between the ceiling and the floor, I don't know, maybe they call it the Casbah or something or... Anyway, anyway, that thing is a mockup of the Emanator! The Emanator is bright, not black.

And so, your volunteer, who insists on a sightseeing trip, goes in and this thing is standing in the middle of the room, and it's going 'wong wong wong wong wong' and he says: "Isn't that pretty?". It sure is, and then he says "Mmmgrmrm ponk" Why, I'll tell you, they cart him from there, and they take him in and they do a transposition of beingness.
Hubbard and Scientology believe that any person who sees the sacred Black Stone in Mecca becomes secretly hypnotized and is then kidnapped by Muslims who do a diabolical a "transposition of beingness" on the victim. Scientologists see Muslims as being dangerous in this way.

This is all completely absurd and yet it is what Scientology believes about Islam according to its own scriptures. Because Hubbard spoke these hateful and ignorant words about Islam, they are considered sacred scripture that is binding upon all Scientologists. Scientology has never denounced Hubbard's great insult to Islam. Scientology is anti-Islamic and opposes all other religions as well. In Scientology's filing for tax exemption in the US, it stated to the American government:
"Footnote 6: Although there is no policy or Scriptural mandate expressly requiring Scientologists to renounce other religious beliefs or membership in other churches, as a practical matter Scientologists are expected to and do become fully devoted to Scientology to the exclusion of other faiths. As Scientologists, they are required to look only to Scientology Scriptures for the answers to the fundamental questions of their existence and to seek enlightenment only from Scientology."
Although Scientology claims that Muslims, Christians, Jews, etc can be Scientologists, in actual practice they are expected to leave their mosques, churches, and temples to practice Scientology exclusively.

Hubbard was a racist who hated Black people. Scientology has never apologized to Black people for Hubbard's following comments, one of the most hateful of which is what he said in a letter to his wife Polly:
"You shouldn't be scrubbing the floor on your hands and knees. Get yourself a nigger; that's what they're born for." --L Ron Hubbard, in a letter to first wife, Polly Grubb
"The South African native is probably the one impossible person to train in the entire world—he is probably impossible by any human standard." -- L. Ron Hubbard, Professional Auditor's Bulletin, No. 119, 1 September
1957
Scientology is against interracial marriage and interracial relations. In its "Jo'burg Sec Check" the Cult asks people the following questions that appear to be profiling of the racial stereotypes Hubbard held. This Scientology sec check appears to link interracial sexual relations with violence:
"Have you ever slept with a member of a race of another color?"
"Have you ever committed culpable homicide?"
"Have you ever bombed anything?"
"Have you ever murdered anyone?"
"Have you ever kidnapped anyone?"

-L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCOPL) 7
April 1961, "Johannesburg Security Check"
-L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard Communications Office Policy "Letter (HCOPL) 22 May 1961, "The Only Valid Security Check"
Hubbard again on non-Westerners:

"Illiterate cultures do not survive and they are not very high. The
natives of the tribe of the Bugga-Bugga-Booga-Boogas down in Lower
Bugga-Wugga Booga-Woog are mostly no longer with us, or they are around waving red flags today and revolting against their central government.

Well, the British Tommy that went down there with his Snider, or his Lee-Enfield, and brought them higher education in the first place was only occasionally followed by anybody who taught them anything. And they didn't learn fast. Their literacy was not up to absorbing culture rapidly.

They've been very happily down amongst the bong-bong trees, you
know, dancing up and down amongst the bong-bong trees, and the highest level of their interest and so forth was their own back yard."
-L. Ron Hubbard, The Study Tapes, "Study: Evaluation and Information",
lecture given 11 August 1964
"Now we say there's, well, another place in the world—there's India. Wonderful place — except for its people." --L. Ron Hubbard, "The Control of Hysteria" (lecture), 15 April 1957.
"You can put these things into the hands of some Chinese and send him to Hong Kong and we'll have cleared chinks." -- L. Ron Hubbard, tape 5211C06A LS-1, "Methods of Research - The Thetan as an Energy Unit"; also known as "Secrets of the MEST Universe", lecture 1)

The Church of Scientology has a Master Race agenda. This is data the Nation of Islam should consider: viewtopic.php?highlight=master+race&t=15639

Why would a Muslim become a Scientology Homo Novis?
"HOMO NOVIS, 1. Homo man, novis, new. (BCR, p. 12) 2. a theta-animated mest body possessed of new and desirable attributes; a mest clear, a good, sane rational mest being about a skyscraper higher than Homo sapiens. (HOM, p. 40) 3. the Second Stage Release is definitely Homo novis. The person ceases to respond like Homo sapiens and has fantastic capability to learn and act. (HCOB 28 Jun 65)"
-- L. Ron Hubbard, Dianetics and Scientology Technical Dictionary

[Re: "Homo Scientologicus"] : "Man had to cease to be Homo Sapiens and had to become Homo Scientologicus in order to accomplish any action that was anywhere near efficient in South Africa."
-- L. Ron Hubbard, PAB 119 1 September 1957 The Big Auditing Problem

Let's not forget to point out that the term WOG that L Ron Hubbard used so often in his writings and recorded lectures is a very racist term. It stands for Worthy Oriental Gentleman, and LRH twisted it to be a derogatory term meaning non-Scientologists. If you are involved in Scientology, you hear the term WOG often and have seen the invective derision with which it is bandied about. Here is the true meaning of this term: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wog

Enthetan: "I'm just waiting for some staff member to push an NoI public beyond his threshold of crazy. I await the news reports with anticipation ..."

Lynn: "Maybe it'll be Joel Phillips. Remember this?"

http://groups.google.com/group/alt.reli ... vc=2&pli=1
Do you mean that? The link she posts is written by our good buddy Joel Phillips of the Religious Freedom Watch, where he says Islam should be eliminated because it funds people like Tory, and Keith Henson. It's amazing how crazy a person can get... or be made to get. It's so full of crazy you'd swear it was ghostwritten by Barbara Schwarz.

Here's my response, over on ESMB--for those who don't post or look there, just FTR:
Tory Bezazian: she walked away from her husband of many years to engage in hate activities. Where does she get money? The answer is Islam. She is a directly funded agent of the Los Angeles Koranic Council.
God Damn it! Now I'm paid by both the psychs AND
The LA Koranic Council?

Where the Hell do these people (OSA via RFW, which Joel
Phillips pretends to "run") get this crap from?

Have they *ever* heard of "Proof", "Facts" "Truth that
can be proven?"

I know, I was one of them, and the answer to my
question is "No"---that's a "high Crime" to even ask about.

FU OSA---and Joel Phillips, as I've told you, your ass is going to end up just as Mary Sue Hubbard (and 10 others) did: In Jail---for your criminal actions or at least letting them hang you out to dry, which they WILL do, once that day comes. I told him this in person, while picketing once.
It's his choice to remain the floormat that he is.

Meantime: Send me the money  :alien: :bball: :onebounce:

Tory/Magoo (that wealthy X-Scientologist living in
the tiny house in Burbank, as a disguise--oh yeah!)

PS: Walked away from my husband? FtR ..for anyone new, no: *I* Left the CULT of $cientology. HE left me, re-married and is still "in".
Hate activities? Our constitution protects my right to free speech, which you call "hate". Morons. <<<Your non-God head of the Cult.

Sorry to break it to you like that, Tory. At least the only people who take any of this garbage seriously (or even see any of it) are other Scientologists. Most of them probably don't just surf there on their own -- they're not allowed internet freedom! ENTHETA - whoooooo!

Anyone with half a brain that would stumble across any of "his" writings would be able to discern within a paragraph that these people are off their collective rocker. They talk about religious freedom -- why is it ONLY religious freedom for Scientologists? Where are the stories on other religions being persecuted? Catholic church abuse scandal is big right now, where are the interviews of victims of that?

RFW is a joke, and anything written by that man is a bigger joke. Anyone who fills a forum with characters all played by himself (and possibly Tory's old buddy, Bill Yaude) can't be taken seriously in any capacity.

Still... it's going to be hilarious one day when everyone gets together and sues his ass for all the lies he posts.

It'll happen----and Joel? Don't say we didn't warn you.

The West needs to better understand Islam in its pure form and not the form that Islamic radicals have presented.

Hey Einstein, the "radicals" are practicing Islam in its pure form. That's the problem. One would think that a guy who is supposedly well versed in all religions would know that mohammed abrogated all of the peace 'n love Mecca verses with the kill 'em or tax 'em Medina verses. Islam is in desperate need of a reformation, but that will never happen as long as westerners like Swift keep spreading the lie that the radicals aren't explicitly following the Koran and the Sura.

It also cracks me up how Swift attempts to make a kooky (and often dangerous) UFO cult look bad by defending a religion that racks up more dead bodies in any given week than scientology has managed to kill in its entire history. What a great example of "riding the tiger". Islam has recently overtaken scientology as the most litigious religion in the U.S. and anyone who doesn't go through life wearing blinders can see that islam poses a far greater threat to western civilization than scientology. But it's far easier to pick on a cult that has become a national joke than take on a religion that poses a real danger to our national security.

Both islam and scientology are fascist ideologies that usually masquerade as religions of peace and higher understanding. Scientologists want to clear the planet and hundreds of millions of muslims want to establish a worldwide caliphate founded on Sharia law. Ask the non-muslims in Africa and Asia which religion has been more successful.

RIPOBD, you are putting words in my mouth, making generalizations, and generally looking for a fight as usual. If you want to debate me, fine.

Here is some of what I have read on Islam vs. Radical Islam:

RIPOBD, what have you been reading? Have you ever actually read the Qur'an?

I've read the Qur'an, five different English translations of it anyway (I only know a tiny bit of Arabic), from cover to cover, as well as selected parts of two or three other versions. I've also studied the culture of modern Islam in America and overseas. I have met and talked with numerous Muslims (Sunni, Shia, and Nation), as my city has a significant Muslim population, and am happy to number some of them among my friends. It is clear to me that the radical forms of Islam are, as J Swift points out, non-normative. RIPODB is clearly setting up a straw man to burn, though I obviously can't speak as to what his motives are for doing so.

J Swift, I have come to really appreciate your writing and logic over the last couple of years, and while we don't always agree, I applaud your efforts and encourage you to keep up the good work and "don't take no guff from nobody."
